Career transition guidance

I’ll help you navigate the complexities of job and career change, whether you’re exploring new paths, redefining your professional identity. Together, we’ll turn uncertainty into clarity by aligning your goals with your values and aspirations. Through one-on-one sessions, we’ll dive deep into your story, crafting a vision for your next chapter and creating the tools you need to step forward with confidence.

Employee development

Workplaces are, at their core, relationships—between colleagues, leaders, and ideas. I design learning experiences that go beyond technical training to cultivate connection, trust, and collaboration within teams.

Meet Emilie

I am here to help you articulate your story. Your career journey is a story in progress, filled with layers of experiences, insights, and growth. At Bureau, I’m here to help you uncover, shape, and express the part of your story that drives you.

With a Master’s in Education from Concordia University and an expertise in adult learning, I see career development as more than just a path—it’s a continuous dialogue between who we are, who we’re becoming, and the possibilities that lie ahead. I believe learning is our most profound tool for change, offering us the courage to grow, adapt, and thrive at every stage of life and career.

My own journey has taken me through a variety of roles—designing training programs in the non-profit sector, offering career guidance in academic settings, and creating learning and development strategies and programs in both the tech world and Canada's public sector. I’ve often asked myself, "What does meaningful work really look like?" I believe that no matter where we find ourselves in our careers, we all share a deep desire to do work that matters—something that connects us to a greater sense of purpose.
